The International African Women Economic and leadership Conference is tastefully designed with the objective to empower the participants especially (women) with value system, equipping them with entrepreneurial skills, including the knowledge of modern techniques in farming/ICT as well as inculcate in them the spirit of patriotism, rebuild minds for attitudinal change, and right values towards building a new Africa of peace, unity, honesty, love, trust and justice. In an organized effort towards achieving a sustainable development goal, the Diamond Youth Transformation Initiative (DYTI) has embarked on the above project, duly sponsored by the organization to ensure the sustainability of lives as contained in the goal (2), (3), (8) and 12 simultaneously in tandem with the United Nations (UN) objectives.

Empowerment: Over 10,000 women from the 36 states of Nigeria federation and other African nations shall be saved from ignorance and poverty through practical teachings on modern techniques in farming and entrepreneurial skills.

Grants and loans will be extended to the participants after the program to start up small and micro enterprises, which include farming, animal husbandry, fish farming, productions etc. Your attendance and support shall in no small measure advance the course of the female gender by eradicating ignorance and poverty amongst them. Furthermore, health, development and justice shall be established in greater measure and evil vices reduced drastically.
